We have invested in a computerised booking system which handles everything from the first time you call us, and makes sure the right vehicles and staff are with you on the right day, and on time.

Your quoted price includes insurance as standard, which is a policy specially designed for removers.

We equip our staff with a range of special products to protect your home and belongings. We always use carpet protection for your new home, and our moving team will cover your furniture and appliances with PowerGuard covers and furniture blankets. Our vehicles are designed for carrying furniture and have several innovative load restraint systems so your expensive television stays secure en-route to its new home.

Our Commitment To Service

Caledonian Moving & Storage is a customer service driven business with an aim to raise the standard when it comes to helping you move home, without raising the price.

Caledonian were formed as a high standard furniture distributor, whose reputation for service and quality meant there was an increasing number of requests to carry out home moves. We soon had a growing demand, and a new company was formed to satisfy our customers.

We soon discovered we were offering a service to compete with the best, but at a more affordable price.

This philosophy of offering the highest level of service and keeping the cost affordable by watching our overheads has been the basis of our business ever since.

Insurance

All our prices include insurance to cover your belongings and property, as part of our 'no hidden charges' policy.

You can even raise the limit of your cover and it won't cost you a penny.

Our insurance broker only deal with removal companies, so they know exactly the level of cover we need to fully protect you, and regularly advise on this.

This means in the rare occasion you need to make a claim, this can be done quickly and easily, either through us or, if you prefer, direct with our insurers.
